Face to face and online counselling session times can be arranged to suit your schedule.

• Initial consultation: free (over the phone)

• Session rate: €80-100 per hour. Can claim up to 50% back on your insurance policy.

• Session duration: Typically, 50 – 60 minutes

• Service use length: Depends on the goals of the individual
